Why Education

Now is an excellent time to invest in the education industry.

  • 8.6 million children in the U.S. have two working parents (Child Care Aware of America, 2018), and the demand for high-quality preschools and childcare is increasing;

  • Children’s daycare services made a total of $47.8 billion in revenue in 2016 and are projected to earn $52.5 billion by 2021 (Diment, 2016);

  • Although nearly 15 million children under the age of six require childcare (Child Care Aware of America, 2018), which is consistent with previous years, indicators show the demand for preschools and childcare will increase.

Investing in education also gives you the opportunity to make a positive difference in children’s lives while providing for your family and yourself.

The Goddard School core curriculum emphasizes early childhood development and incorporates enrichment programs in chess, coding, fitness, foreign languages, music, robotics, sign languages, yoga and more. Our unique approach nurtures children into joyful, confident learners who are well prepared for success in school and in life.

“Some of the most successful business people I’ve encountered have had the opportunity to make a positive impact on their communities as part of their work. With The Goddard School, you’re changing children, and you can feel great about making money doing so.” — Kyle D. Pruett, MD, Clinical Professor of Child Psychiatry at Yale School of Medicine and member of The Goddard School Educational Advisory Board

Goddard School History

In 1988, entrepreneur Anthony A. Martino established The Goddard School preschool franchise to deliver a high-quality, play-based learning program to families throughout the United States. Since then, we have grown into an institution that parents and families trust, reaching more than 70,000 students in more than 550 Schools in 38 states.

As Goddard Schools open across the country, we continue to use the most current, academically endorsed methods to ensure that children have fun while learning the skills they need for long-term success in school and in life.
