Curriculum
Our F.L.EX.® Learning Program (Fun Learning Experience) provides a well-rounded learning experience in a safe, nurturing environment to help each child become school ready, career ready and life ready.
School ready: By adhering to state and local education requirements, Goddard School teachers help students become academically proficient and ready for elementary school;
Career ready: Learning through experience promotes the development of communication, collaboration, creativity and critical-thinking skills. Companies look for these skills in the workforce, so developing those skills early on helps prepare children for success later in life;
Life ready: Encouraging children to discover and explore their interests empowers them to become happy, confident, self-aware, empathetic and self-directed with a lifelong love of learning.
Analysis of Children’s Progress Academic Assessment (CPAA) data show that Goddard School students score 45% higher on math and literacy assessments than their non-Goddard peers. These findings were verified by Hanover Research, an independent third-party research firm. The CPAA is an early childhood assessment system that assists teachers in making informed and individualized instructional decisions.
EAB

Under The Goddard School model, you run the business and develop relationships while your education director, who has a background in early childhood education, is responsible for the curriculum, programming and teacher development under your supervision and direction. A Goddard School typically employs between 20 to 25 teachers.
We give you the tools to help you hire your director, and we also train the director in the Goddard system so that he or she can help you build your business. At your request, Goddard Systems University provides professional development training for your faculty at no extra cost.
